Sales Consultancy

BDR and SDR coaching that gets more meetings booked.

Your BDRs and SDRs are the first voice most prospects hear. We coach them on the parts of the job that decide whether a conversation turns into a meeting, from researching the account to the follow-up email.

Coaching runs in person or online, and works for one new hire or a full team.

When It Helps

Who it’s for.

Scale-ups building a team

You’ve hired BDRs or SDRs and need them booking good meetings quickly.

New starters

Someone new is on the phones and needs to get up to speed without learning on your best prospects.

Teams that have stalled

Activity is high but meetings aren’t following, and morale is starting to dip.

Founders handing over

You’ve been doing the prospecting yourself and want someone else to do it as well as you do.

What You Get

What we coach.

Account research

Finding the right person and a reason to call before anyone picks up the phone.

The first 30 seconds

Openers that earn the next minute instead of a quick no.

Handling objections

Calm answers to “not interested” and “just send me an email”.

Follow-up that gets replies

Emails and LinkedIn messages that sound like a person, not an automated sequence.

Clean handovers

Passing meetings to account executives with the notes they need to win the deal.

In Detail

What good SDR coaching looks like.

SDR training often means a day in a hotel and a slide deck nobody opens again. Coaching works differently. It’s built on your team’s own calls and repeated week after week, until the new habits stick. It works for a single new SDR as well as a full outbound team working towards a pipeline target.

Built on real calls

We start with recordings of your team’s calls, not role-plays with made-up prospects. Each session picks one or two moments from the week, looking at what was said and what could have been said instead. People improve faster when they hear their own voice. We also sit in on live call blocks, so we can see how people cope when the pressure is on.

A few skills at a time

Trying to fix everything at once fixes nothing. We agree the one or two skills each person is working on, such as getting past the first ten seconds or asking for the meeting, and stay on them until they feel natural.

Matched to your buyers

Booking a meeting with a facilities manager isn’t the same as booking one with a finance director. We coach around your buyers, your price point and the length of your sales cycle, so the advice fits the calls your team makes every day.

Linked to the numbers

We track the measures that show whether coaching is working, starting with how many conversations turn into booked meetings. You’ll see where each person is improving and where they still need help, long before the end of the quarter.

How It Works

How it works.

Listen first

We listen to recent calls and sit in on a live session to see where things go wrong.

Set the plan

We agree what each person is working on and the numbers we’ll track.

Coach every week

One-to-one and group sessions built on your real calls, not made-up scenarios.

Report back

You see how conversations and booked meetings are moving, and we adjust the focus.

Why Blue Lark

Coached by people who still make calls.

Everyone who coaches your team has done the job. Blue Lark runs its own outbound every week, so the openers and objection answers we teach have been tested on real prospects this month, not years ago.

We’d rather your team didn’t need us forever. The aim is to build habits that last and to leave your managers able to keep the coaching going themselves.

Pricing

What it costs.

Coaching is shaped around what your team needs. It can be a short block of sessions before a big quarter or ongoing support every month. We quote after a short call, based on the size of the team and how often we coach.

Tell us where deals are getting stuck.

Book a 30-minute call. Tell us what you sell and how your team works today, and we’ll tell you straight what we’d change first.
