A sales process review that shows where your deals are stalling.
Most sales teams know their numbers could be better. Fewer know exactly why. We listen to your calls, look at your pipeline and talk to the people doing the selling, then tell you plainly where deals stall and what to fix first.
It’s a fixed-price project with a clear finish line, and you keep everything we produce.
When It Helps
When a review helps.
Leads come in but few convert
Marketing is doing its job, but too many enquiries go quiet after the first call.
Results vary from person to person
Some of the team hit target and some don’t, and nobody’s sure what the best performers do differently.
Deals drag on
Proposals go out and then sit there. Nobody is quite sure what’s holding buyers back.
You’re about to hire
Before you add more salespeople, it’s worth knowing the process they’ll follow works.
What You Get
What you get.
Call reviews
We listen to a sample of real calls and note where buyers lose interest or push back.
Pipeline and CRM review
We look at how deals move, where they stall and how long each stage takes.
Team interviews
Short conversations with the people selling, so we hear what gets in their way.
A written report
A plain account of what’s working and what isn’t, ranked by the difference each change will make.
A walk-through call
We take you through the findings and agree the first changes with you.
In Detail
What a sales process review looks at.
A sales process review is an audit of how your business sells, from the moment a lead arrives to the day the deal closes or goes cold. We look at the whole B2B sales process, not just the calls, because a deal that stalls at proposal stage often went wrong much earlier.
How your calls sound
We listen for the moments that decide a call. Does the opening give the buyer a reason to stay on the line? Are the questions about the buyer’s problem or about your product? When a prospect pushes back, does your team explore it or jump straight to a discount? We note each pattern with examples from your own recordings.
How deals move through the pipeline
Your CRM shows us how long each stage takes, where deals pile up and which ones vanish without a reason being logged. We compare that with what the team tells us, because the gap between the two is usually where the problem sits. If stages are loosely defined or skipped, we’ll show you where.
How leads are handed over
Plenty of deals are lost before a salesperson ever speaks to the buyer. We check how fast new enquiries get a reply, who picks them up and what information comes across from marketing. A lead that waits two days for a callback is a very different lead by the time someone rings.
How the team is set up
We look at who does what, how targets are set and how much of the week goes on selling compared with admin. Sometimes the fix isn’t a new script. It’s taking prospecting off an account executive’s desk or giving a manager time to coach.
How It Works
How it works.
Discovery call
We find out what you sell and where you think deals are getting stuck.
Listening
You give us access to call recordings and your CRM, and we speak to the team.
Report
We write up what we’ve found in plain English, with the most important fixes at the top.
Next steps
We talk it through with you. If you want help making the changes, we can coach the team or rewrite your scripts, but there’s no obligation.
Why Blue Lark
Why teams ask us to review their sales.
We’re not consultants who’ve only read about selling. Blue Lark runs its own pipeline and makes its own calls every week, so we know what a good call sounds like and what a stalled deal looks like from the inside.
The report is written for the people who’ll use it, without slides full of frameworks. You get a ranked list of changes with the evidence behind each one, and you’re free to make them yourselves or with us.
Pricing
What it costs.
A sales process review is a one-off, fixed-price project. We quote after the discovery call, once we know how many people and calls are involved.
