The Problem

When your current website is the thing holding you back.

Two or three rebuilds behind

The usual story is that the site is two or three rebuilds behind where the business is. The copy talks about services you have stopped offering, the case studies are years old, or the structure was designed for the company you were rather than the one you've become. Mobile loading is sluggish, the contact form has stopped sending emails to the right person, and nobody has logged in to update anything for eighteen months.

What it’s costing you

None of that is unusual, but what it costs you is harder to see. Buyers comparing three firms on Google form an opinion in seconds based on which site looks most credible and loads fastest. When yours is the slow one with outdated copy, the work goes elsewhere before you've had a chance to compete for it.

Reviewing an established business website

What a redesign is really about

The redesign conversation is rarely about making the site prettier. It's about making sure the site reflects the business as it is now and performs against current Google E-E-A-T and ranking standards, so it gives the right impression to the kind of buyer you're looking to partner with.

First Impressions

A site that looks as established as the business behind it.

Credibility matters more for an established business than for a sole trader or a one-person operation. The buyer comparing you with two competitors has a settled view of what a serious firm's website looks like, and a site that feels behind the times confirms a doubt they were already half-holding.

The build focuses on what signals substance to that buyer. That means a clean visual identity, real case studies and testimonials, service pages that explain what you do without jargon, and booking widgets and direct enquiry routes so the contact path is as professional as the rest of the site. Google Business Profile properly set up and linked.

If you need a visual identity update alongside the build, we can scope that in as part of the project.

Clean visual identity

A site that reflects where the business is now, not where it was three years ago.

Real social proof

Case studies and testimonials integrated properly, not bolted on as an afterthought.

Clear service pages

What you do, explained in the language your buyer uses, without the agency jargon.

Professional contact paths

Booking widgets, direct enquiry forms, and click-to-call so the conversion step is frictionless.

Google Business Profile

Set up, linked, and consistent with the site so your local and brand search presence is complete.

The Process

How a website rebuild for an established business works.

Step 01

Start with a conversation

We start with a one-hour call to walk through your existing site and search visibility, what's working, what isn't, and what the gap would mean for the business.

Step 02

A fixed timeline

From sign-off, a Plus build runs to 30 to 45 working days. We handle the copy, the structure, the technical SEO, the URL mapping and 301 redirects from your existing site, and the launch. No discovery process running into months.

Step 03

Choose your package

The Plus tier (£2,995 +VAT) suits most established SMEs that need a clean rebuild on solid foundations. If your site needs integrations or more than nine pages, an enterprise build is scoped to your timeline instead.

You can pay upfront or in three equal instalments. See the full pricing breakdown for both options.

Common Questions

Common questions from established businesses.

Not if it's done properly. We handle the URL mapping, the 301 redirects, the schema migration, and everything else as part of the build, so the search authority your existing site has built up carries forward to the new one. Sites usually see a temporary settling period of two to four weeks, then return to or improve on previous rankings as the new structure starts to compound.
Yes. If your branding is settled and working, we build the site around it. The audit conversation is usually where this gets decided. If you need a visual identity update too, we can scope it in alongside the build.
The good content carries forward, often rewritten and restructured rather than copied across. Most established sites have grown organically over years, with pages that no longer earn their place and others that should be doing more work than they are. Part of the build is deciding what to keep, what to consolidate, and what to retire.
We handle the common ones as part of the standard build, including CRM connections, booking systems, mailing lists and analytics. Anything more bespoke gets scoped on the call. We'll tell you plainly if something is outside what we can deliver, rather than over-promising and adjusting later.
The agency conversation is usually six to twelve weeks of discovery and discussion before any building happens, with a quote that started vague and grew. We work the other way round. The price is fixed, the timeline is 30 to 45 working days from sign-off, and the commercial judgement is what you're paying for rather than the process. Whether that suits you depends on whether you value the agency's process or would rather get the result and get on with the business. And if we don't think we're the right partner, we'll tell you.
Absolutely. Have a look at our case studies here.
