Landlord Gas Safety Checks
If you let a property in Leeds or West Yorkshire, an annual Gas Safety Certificate (CP12) is a legal requirement, and we make sure it’s completed properly and on time, every year, without you having to chase us.
Our Gas Safe registered engineers check every gas appliance, flue and pipework in the property, and certificates are emailed to you and your tenants the same day the check is completed.
