A mentor and young person in conversation during a Bright Path mentoring session

One-to-One

Mentoring Programme

Every young person is matched with a trained mentor for a minimum of twelve months. It's a sustained relationship, not a session — built around consistency, trust, and honest conversation about what's actually getting in the way.

  • Minimum 12-month mentor matching
  • Weekly one-to-one sessions
  • Trained, DBS-checked mentors
