Our Approach
We Don't Do Charity as Sympathy.
We build long-term relationships and measurable pathways — not short-term fixes that make donors feel good and change nothing.
Leadership & Accountability
Run Like It Matters
Bright Path is governed by a working board that reviews outcomes every quarter, not just once a year at an AGM. We publish what's working and what isn't, because a charity that only tells donors good news isn't being honest with the young people it exists to serve.
- Quarterly outcomes review
- Registered UK Charity
- Independent safeguarding oversight
What Makes Us Different
Three things we do differently.
Twelve-month minimum
Every mentoring relationship runs a minimum of twelve months. Consistency is the intervention — not a single session or workshop.
We track what happens after
92% of mentees stay in education or training a year on. We measure outcomes long after the programme ends, not just attendance on the day.
No waiting list, no barrier
Our community programmes are open access. We don't gatekeep support behind referral forms or eligibility criteria that exclude the young people who need it most.
Support Work That Actually Changes Outcomes.
Every donation and every volunteer hour goes directly into mentoring, education access, and community programmes.
