Independent, By Design

Good advice is unhurried. It listens before it recommends, and it is never tied to a product.

We are independent and fee-only — we don't receive commission, and we don't sell products. That single decision shapes almost everything else about how we work: the pace of our conversations, the way we're paid, and the fact that our only incentive is to be right for you, not for a provider's targets.

Our advisers are FCA-regulated and work with a small number of clients at a time, by design. Every recommendation is built around your circumstances, not a model portfolio applied uniformly across a book of clients.

How We Work

Fewer clients, more attention. That trade-off is deliberate.

Each adviser at Meridian works with a limited number of clients at any one time. This isn't a marketing position — it's a practical constraint we've chosen to keep in place, because considered advice takes time, and time is the one resource that can't be manufactured under pressure.

In practice, this means longer initial conversations, plans that are revisited rather than filed away, and an adviser who already understands your situation when circumstances change — rather than one meeting you for the first time at the moment you most need continuity.
